1General Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement with every individual ("User") who uses the 7u77 platform and its services. - Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended.

3Account Registration and Security

3.2 Account Security
Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact 7u77 immediately via live chat or email. If someone else uses your account, the responsibility falls on you — 7u77 will not be liable in such cases.
3.3 Account Suspension
7u77 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances: fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, providing false information or any breach of these Terms.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 7u77 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. It is recommended that the name on the account and the name on the mobile wallet match at the time of deposit; a mismatch may delay transaction verification.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Accepted withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure all wagering requirements on the account have been met.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
If incorrect information (wrong mobile number or account details) is provided during a deposit or withdrawal, the full responsibility lies with the user. 7u77 is not liable for losses caused by such errors. However, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with transaction-related issues.
5Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
7u77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15×). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
7u77 regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period. The weekly deposit festival offers up to 50% bonus up to ৳10,000 (20× wagering). The slots bonus offers up to 30% bonus up to ৳6,000 (25× wagering).
5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
If an attempt is made to abuse the system by creating multiple accounts, using proxies, group betting or any other manipulation in order to claim bonuses, the bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed. A bonus is never a substitute for cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
6Game Rules and Restrictions
6.1 Fair Play Policy
7u77 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all games. Game results are not predetermined in any way. Using any software, scripts or third-party tools to influence game results is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted due to server issues, network disruption or any other technical reason, 7u77 reserves the right to cancel or re-evaluate the bet for that round. Abnormal winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error may not be honoured.
6.3 Restrictions and Blocks
Access to 7u77's services may be prohibited from certain countries or jurisdictions. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own country.
7VIP Program and Cashback
7u77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold and 0.8% for Platinum, calculated on weekly net losses.
For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Moving to a higher tier depends on account activity and participation. VIP benefits are subject to change and 7u77 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.
8Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11Limitation of Liability
7u77 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

12Dispute Resolution Process

13Changes to Terms and Termination
7u77 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.
If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact the support team. Before closing the account, make sure all applicable wagering requirements are met and any balance is withdrawn. If a bonus balance is not yet withdrawable, it will be forfeited.
14Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the relationship between the user and 7u77 are governed by the applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the courts of 7u77's applicable jurisdiction will have the authority to make a final decision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. A waiver of any provision of these Terms on one occasion will not be automatically considered a waiver in the future.
